Marketing Intern
 Position:  Marketing Intern

POSITION PURPOSE
To learn how to do pre-launch, launch and market MSD products
KEY RELATIONSHIPS
 Key Internal Relationships  Key External Relationships
 Marketing Director  KOLs
 Field forces  Pharmacists
 Product Managers, Marketing Assistants  
 All employees  

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop short and long term plans, analyze market research findings, prepare budget, evaluate inventory requirements, design promotional campaigns and integrate management inputs to establish the strategic direction of the product in terms of profit, sales, market share, growth and desired market positioning
  • Facilitate implementation of market intelligence strategies; gather, validate and analyze competitive market information; set parameters and direct execution of market research
  • Plan, lead, organize, direct and manage events related to pre-launch, launching, regular product management functions and other special projects; address logistical and administrative requirements to ensure availability of necessary resources

  • Develop and implement programs to meet project/brand objectives
  • Work across the business as needed delivering projects on time and with high quality

QUALIFICATIONS & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED

Experience and Education

  • University students going into their final year of studies after the summer break, preferably in the Marketing, Business, Medical or Pharmacy discipline, with good academic results

Knowledge, skills, and abilities

  • Knowledge of marketing/promotions
  • Good presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office software
  • Competent in English and Vietnamese language

  • Action oriented - self starter, initiative, willingness to develop.
